I don't know how many times I had to tell him no, but he still kept pushing. Also, the finance guy kept pushing and pushing and pushing for me to get the extended warranty services. I think it is very disappointing that none of our calls were returned after we bought the minivan. We then called the used car salesman manager for a second time and he said the same thing.that "they will see what they can do and someone will call us back." Nobody called us back. He said "ya ya we can see if we have one for you, I'll have someone return your call." Nobody returned our call.

We called and spoke with the used car sales manager and explained we were missing our driver front floor mat. And every single time it said that his voice mail was full, so we were unable to leave a message. Every time we tried to call him (after we made the purchase) we got his voice mail. We bought a used 2017 Chrysler Pacifica in June 2021. I've had some bad dealership experiences, but this one takes the cake. I've spoken to two service writers about it, and all they did was say that I can't prove whether they made the recommendations or not. If at any point they had shown Stacy this filter, or recommended it based on a mileage interval, she would have had them replace it. I am confident that the dealership had never even opened the air cleaner housing until this service, though my service history says they've been regularly performing the multi-point inspection. I kept the filter and can provide photos. This is the worst I have ever seen, no exaggeration. I'm a master technician with a different manufacturer, and I have seen a ton of air filters. When I removed the engine air filter from this vehicle it looked like it had been through a war. I've been assuming this whole time that the dealership was performing the multi-point inspection as advertised, and that they were doing their job and making proper service recommendations. So I have never had a reason to worry about it, and leave it all up to her and the dealership. That sounded sketchy, because I know that when Stacy is given a service recommendation she either says yes, or she calls me to talk about it if she's unsure. The concerning part was that she mentioned that they had no record of the air cleaners ever having been replaced. Yesterday, at 94k, the service writer called and said it needed an air filter, cabin air filter, all fluids, and an alignment. We have a pre-paid maintenance plan, so she goes in for oil changes, tire rotations, and the "multi-point inspection" at regular intervals. They have done all but one of the services. My fiance Stacy has been taking our 2017 CRV to this dealership since it was new. If you're thinking about letting Wilde Honda take care of your vehicle maintenance, please do yourself a favor and reconsider. Never got an email back on that, but now I get their spam mail.I think I've given enough of my money to these people. I again requested information about repairs. I also checked, and they don't have my vehicle in their inventory.I emailed back, pointing out they either can't read, or they are lying. Since I didn't inquire about a vehicle, there is no way it would be in stock. I'm guessing they probably claim the vehicle was "just sold," if you come in and it's no longer available, and then some salesperson with 3 weeks experience tries to sell you something else.

They simply lie to their potential customers. I was sent an email stating that the car I was interested in was still available, and they wanted to set an appointment so I could see it.My e-mail wasn't about buying a car. I often get my oil changed at their dealership. The other day, I went onto their website to send them an email requesting a quote for service. I purchased a 2010 Honda Insight from the dealership a number of years ago.
